High speed hard facing flux cored wire 2.8mm complete line machine features

The flux cored wire production line adopts active bobbin pay-off type to ensure operating conveniently. 

The machine is equipped with encoder for strip speed, which can coordinate pay-off speed, powder feeding speed and coiling speed to ensure the stability of production line. PLC in system communicates with touch panel，which proceeds to set the various parameters of production line and the monitor of working status to make flux filling rate within ranges and guarantee wire yield. 

In order to ensure safety production, protective covers are installed on powder feeding part and wire drawing part.
